This dress looks like she made it at home in the basement, in the DARK. La La...NO! The added on skirt looks like you just added it on. Kinda like a sheer curtain that was hanging around the house. Then she has a leather belt around it. You smoking that stuff La La??? Dress would have been cute if she left off the darps skirt.
