Reality Check: Emily B Rocking Slit Legging & Reebok Chi-Kaze Sneakers

Emily B, from the hit reality show Love and Hip Hop, has been caught rocking a D4x (dress down doppery day). Emily's wearing some black slashed sided leggings (that you can D.I.Y.) along with the Reebok Chi-Kaze which are $84.99. 

Emily appeared to wearing a sweat shirt that says the family and her hair is wrapped up in a high bun. She completed her look with gold jewelry and a black tote. I must say these Reebok's are hot and I would definitely snag me a pair ASAP! I like Emily's Thugish Rugish Chic look! What do my fashion lurkers think?

Kimbella's Hairstyle Diaries

Based on the popular posts, a lot of our viewers love Kimbella from Love & Hip Hop 2. People seemed to be very interested in her hairstyles. So, I will go through a couple of her hairstyles that she has had on the show.



This is Kimbella's most famous hairstyle; the curly fro. This is Kimbella's natural hair. However, this is not Kimbell's natural hair color. This color that Kimbella has achieved looks to be a #27(weave color terms) which is a "honey blonde". Kimbella is signature for her dark roots, creating an ombre affect.

This is Kimbella (right) at her Black Men party and she has some extentions in. Kimbella has a side part with long straight hair in a #27/613 (honey blonde and white blonde mixed). She still has those dark roots.

Now, here Kimbella has a #27/613 weave ponytail in and her natural hair is growing out even more. The majority of her head looks like her color is almost gone.

Here is Kimbella's braided side bun. This is my favorite. Kimbella's hair was french braided on both sides (side part) and came together on the other side in a bun.

Lastly, Kimbella had a side part with her hair loosely curled. This is also a #27/613 color.

If you are looking for weave that has that ombre affect with the dark roots and blonde ends, the color is T527. You can get this in yaki staight or curly. Just visist your local beauty supplies and ask around.

[Updated] Get the Look: Chrissy Lampkin's Off Shoulder Romper

Got the pics; I had to get them from the TV. lol
Now, I had the hardest time trying to find a full body pic of Chrissy in this damn romper. So, this is all I ended up with..lol

Description: Chrissy had on a beige colored off the shoulder romper. It appeared to have a silky flowy texture but was probably polyester and rayon, lol. The romper had a tie around the waist, which Chrissy had tied to the side of her hip.

This romper below is pretty dead on for the Chrissy Look; just in a different color. This is from LuLu's and retails for $55.00.

This romper is from Target and retails for $29.99

This is also from LuLu's and it retails at $53.00. This romper is a little more edgy and it doesn't have the tie like the 1st one.

Go get the look of Chrissy Lampkin and that dumb long pony tail and maybe you will get a HOOD proposal in return...LOL.

Hair 2 My Booty: Chrissy Lampkin

As you may know, (viewers of Love & Hip Hop 2) Chrissy Lampkin (Jim Jones fiance) had a 32" pony tail in Miami on the night Jim proposed to her. When I made a visit to my local beauty supply, Hollywood Beauty STL, the owner told me that everyone is going crazy in St. Louis about Chrissy's Hair.

Me personally, I feel that this is too long for an everyday pony tail but others may feel differently. So, I wanted to give you guys a heads up on where to purchase this look. Now, you guys can get this in human but I will list some synthetic hair weave because you may not want to come out the pocket like that for a pony tail.

This is for my locals, Americans, and international lurkers!


Here is a pic of what the hair looks like. The hair fell passed Chrissy's butt. She was sitting on it; that's how long the hair was.

This is Batik (synthetic). This is 30 inches for  $30 at Extreme Beauty Supply. This site does look bootleg but it is legit. I tried it, it's secure.

Sassy hair (synthetic). This hair is 20 inches at Sally's. Retails for $7.69. It doesn't come in black on the website but you can call your local Sally's and ask if they have this hair.  

This is Batik yaki weave and its on sale for $9.98 on Golden Mart Beauty Supply. This hair comes in 18" and 30".

Also, for my local lurkers. It is a beauty supply located on Lindell in Lindell Market Place (right buy Office Max) that sales a synthetic pony tail. Just ask the store rep and he/she will assist you. The pony tail is about 24" long.

Use these products for your synthetic and I promise it will act just like 100% Human Hair. ( find this at your local beauty supply) Soft Sheen Carson Weave Care.

Jim Jones Outerwear Line: Protocol

Protocol is the new outerwear line that Jim Jones and fiance Chrissy Lampkin worked on together during the filming of the reality show Love and Hip Hop 2.
